I would love to get support for a product that I have paid for !!!

Hello,
This is the only software company (that I know) that do not support the product nor the customers.

I have a problem with the virtual CD as it does not play a music CD image. I have sent an e-mail to clone support 4 weeks ago and also posted a query in this forum. Still no response !!

Very disappointed

Well normally Elaborate Bytes is very helpful when it comes to solving user' problems. Perhaps they're busy and are working on it. Try to be a little more patient. I've tested it here and it works fine. Mount the image of the audio CD, double click on the CloneDrive and start the tracks. Perhaps there is a problem with your system: e.g. something that was installed interfering with the CD-playback.

Thanks for the reply,

I can play fine a regular CD, using real player 1 or WMP.
When trying to play the image from the virtual CD, I an getting the full list of songs but the "Play" botton is grayed out.

Any ideas ?

Hello avi,

You need to enable "Digital CD Playback" in the device manager for the VCD.

regards, Sven

Well, you should try Goldenhawk then. Believe me, it's worse.
