How can I meka a backup of this game?

Is your PS2 modchipped? It need to be to run an backup. GT3 is on a DVD I think, so it will be needed to be cut down in size.
I think there is lot of information "out there" about this stuff if you use a searchengine.

First u'll need a modchip,

Try:http://www.modchip.com

Second if its a dvd based game u'll need a dvd burner to copy it.

www.megagames.com has some good article on this. But remember CloneCD cannot copy DVD's...
