Can somewan Explain this, what this means.

You could have find some info on your own by reading this and doing some research... The number of read retries indicate how many times the disc will be re-read when an error is encountered. The correction method used is rather simple: software correction: CloneCD will try to correct the error if possible. Use this option when supported. Most drives don't support this. Hardware: the drive itself will correct the error if possible. None is just there for completeness. No error correction will be done.

The Lite-ON drives only support hardware error correction. You can use none to speed the reading a little but make sure your errors are only on the first 500~10.500 sectors or so.
