Do you rename the 'patched.ccd' file? - Club CDFreaks

I just used Twinpeak 0.2 with UT2003 on a CloneCD image. Now that I have the 'pached' files, do I rename them to the original UT2003_1 and burn with CloneCD using the SecuRom New Profile?

As long as all the files are named the same thing it doesn't matter. If they are all patched.img, patched.ccd, pateched.sub then it'll be fine. Just burn the image pointing CloneCD at the Patched.CCD file.
