Copying The Sims

So far I have copied Red Alert II and AOE2: The Conquerors using clonecd 3.0.8.2 by using RAW-DAO with a liteon 24x/10x/40x rewriter. The above games use Safedisk copy protection but the Sims expansions (house party, livin large, hot date) appear as if it uses safedisk but it screws up (by thinking theres no cd in the drive when i try to run the game) when i do them exactly the same way as i did with the other games. Is there anything im doing wrong, or do I just need a newer version of clonecd?

1) This is considered crossposting, teh same message in 2 different forum (this is the other) Respect the rules please and make life easier for all of us.

2) This question has been asked so many times, a little research on your own by searching this forum would have answered your question

3) This is not really an experienced user question (at least not in my opinion)

Closing this one. Other thread will remain open since this is indeed not a technical question.
