Copy PS1 Game exactly as Original to play it on Console

I read clonecd can now emulate the weak sectors does it mean I can make backups of game and play them without needing a no-cd patch and ps1 games too? without modchip or bootcd Is It Real?

The 'emulate weak sectors' options is for CD burners that can't do SD2.

See the Optical Storage Technical forum for a HUGE thread about the PS1 copy protection scheme. It appears that they are very close to cracking it.
