| CloneCD problem I purchased Diablo II for my son. He's rough on CDs to say the least, so I burned a copy of his CD's (Diablo II has 3 disks) with CloneCD (I burned the disks from my computer, not his). The burned "play disk," doesn't work on his computer. It keeps telling me to make sure I have the Diablo II disk in his computer. I also tried Alcohol 120%. It gave the same error message. Out of frustration, I installed the game on my computer and tried to see if the burned disk would run the game. It did. What could be wrong? My computer is an HP Vectra and his is a Dell OptiPlex. I'm running WinXP Home SP2, and he's running WinXP Professional SP2. I have an Intel Pentium 4 2.0 GHz and he's got an Intel Celeron 1.2 GHz. My burner is an Atapi CD/RW 52 x 24 I don't know much about computers.....so if you need other information to offer a suggestion, please let me know. Thanks- |
