Is there any registry fix to avoid software protections (eg Safedisk 3+, SecuRom etc) blacklisting CloneCD when installed?

As long as you disable the virtual clone drive you should be OK.

I use Clone CD 5.1.0.0 which is current version I believe. It does not have a virtual drive to my knowledge anyway. Are you confusing the Alcohol virtual drive with CloneCD?
