Can I edit the clone img add files delete files ??

I tried the IsoBuster but it's can't edit it it's show and extract the files but can't add or delete.

why do u want to add or delete? wouldnt this effect the purpose of 1:1?

I am surpeise you have brought this point forward as this question has been answered many times before.

The simple answer is NO. as any changes in the clone image would effect the overall TOC and screwup the image.
