We have language specific forums. This means that in those forums that specific language can be used (Italian or Dutch), but in all other forums we use the English language, which most of us on the internet understand and is thus most universal for the purpose of a forum like this.

You should know that white, non-Europeans, like me for example, can only speak two languages. I learnt Australian at home and learnt to speak back at school
