Backup Dreamcast BACKUPs!

I have a backup of a dreamcast game(WHICH I OWN and i ask because i try to never use my originals to keep them in mint condition), but they are getting scratches on them, and the cd label and protective reflecting layer i starting to peel off.

How should i make the backup of my backup with clonecd? What settings should i use?

There are no settings for Dreamcast games, 'cause the name of the software is CloneCD and not CloneGD .

Wrong. Backups can and easily be burnt using CloneCD (I have done it myself) but preferably, discjuggler. Download the trial version which is suffice although limits burning speed to the slowest which is always better for console games.

Also, always make an image THEN burn. Never do a backup on the fly.

DJ for me also

I don't have my setting right off hand but I do know I have to use Mode 2/XA. If you need to email me and I'll give them to you. I'm using 3.5 by the way. With CloneCD, my backups would pause at the start of booting and make a lot of noise. Not so with DJ.
