Dilemma
HO deciso di acquistare alice adsl visto ke la mia connessione 56k fa pietà,e ho visto che all'ordine posso scegliere se avere un modem usb o uno ethernet.LA domanda ke vi pongo io è questa: visto ke io nn ho porte usb(o meglio le ho ma nn so xkè nn funzionano)mi conviene comprare una schedina pci con le porte usb 2 oppure sfruttare la mia scheda ethernet e ordinare il modem ethernet? La scheda ethernet ke ho è una 3Com Fast Etherlink 10/100 modello 3C905B-TX.

la scheda di rete va+ che bene.....ne ho provate di tutti i tipi e tutte le marche.....

per l'usb.....una scheda aggiuntiva risolverebbe il problema, ammesso che si un problema hardware del tuo pc....

se poi invece è un problema di sistema operativo e/o software/drivers allora dubito che anche una scheda add-on ti funzioni...

X l'usb è cm se nn ci fosse l'alimentazione sulle porte.Quando attacco la webcam la lucetta nn si accende.Un mio amico(e proprietario della webcam) aveva il mio stesso problema,ha comprato una sceheda aggiuntiva e ora funzia tutto a meraviglia...

Si è abilitato anke xkè sennò win nn mi rova le porte usb.LA schedina funziona perche sulla stessa oltre alle porte usb c'è una posta ps2 x il mouse(ke uso) e un attacco x l'Irda...

Ho fatto il contratto alice flat tramite internet e il 19.12.02 la linea è stata attivata ora cosa bisogna fare per avere le password.
qualcuno di voi ha un contratto come il mio

puoi telefonare ed averle per telefono, solo che di solito ci vogliono sui 10 giorni perchè ti abilitino l'accesso

Ti arriva per posta un user ed una pass provvisorie "a me è arrivata due giorni dopo l'attivazione della linea" ti connetti a tin con questi dati e da li termini la registrazione inserendo l'user e la pass che vuoi tu.

A quale pagina si deve andare per attivare la linea visto che per telefono sono riuscito ad avere i codici di attivazione

Inserendo l'user e la pass che ti hanno dato dovresti andare in automatico sulla pgina per l'attivazione,se così non fosse,con il modem normale ti colleghi al sito della tim

in fondo a sinistra trovi attivazione e primo collegamento a tin ,di li fai tutto. Ciao

ma accettà solo se si è connessi con linea adsl e le passw provvisorie sono id aliceadsl e la password aliceadsl che ti permettono di registrarti.
