Having problems with ImgBurn

Hi there,
I have created quite a few coasters at this point. I am using DVDDecrypter and ImgBurn. Here is a copy of the log file and I am also attaching the error message I get. I am just looking for a good way to make backup DVDs. I would like to do this with freeware. I am open to other solutions besides DVDDecrypter or ImgBurn. I have never made a DVD copy before so I am a noob and really have no idea what I am doing. I am running off Windows Vista if that makes a difference.

Many thanks

Re: Having problems with ImgBurn

Change your media from Ritek to Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden. Make sure your firmware is up to date. Change your write speed to 8x.

Regards

I agree, I use it on all my burns due to booktypeing.

looks like you only have 130 megs of ram left, disable what you can from startup and close what you can before you burn. d500 firmware can be found here. yeah the ritek ro3 is lower quality. might want to lower the write speed to 4, you have it set to max, (which is 8x) but your average write was only 4.3x. imgburn completed the burn but the verify failed, will it play on your pc or in your dvd player? even if it will play the low quality of the ritek disc will degrade faster than verbatim.

//edit just noticed OP was 6 days ago, wonder if OP is still around??
