problem with HD DVD, LG GGW-H10N - Club CDFreaks

At moment I have a LG GGW H10N. I can play all blu-rays and HD DVD, accept one , Transformers. My computer does not recognize it. (it did it once, after being in the dvdrom for a few hours). I use Powerdvd Ultra 7.3 . Does any one recognize this problem or knows the solution ?

Welcome to cdfreaks, ice7723.

My best guess is that the Transformer HD DVD disc is defective, so I would suggest exchanging the disc with a new one.
