This could be something for you perhaps ?

http://www.digital-everywhere.com/cms/en/index.php

But that version requiers FireWire and it is not hot-plug like USB

You will have to check to different boxes to get the right one.

Charlie, I've got a TM1500 (non-super), I'm not too sure but you would need some kind of video in device (external box) that you could connect the SCART lead (broken down into Y+R+W cables) to go into the external box (unless you have video in on your laptop?) and then into your laptop.

Alternatively why not try a Technisat Skystar 2 (USB) box, they use the same kind of 'cough' keys as the TM. Available over the net.......most probably where you find your TM software I'd imagine.....look for Keymaker's posts.

External box like a WinTV USB or similar (most probably better products out there):

Use this from the back of your TM reciever:

If your in the UK this product can be bought from Argos:

Or the Skystar USB box:

Works the same way as the Skystar2 PCI card.......ProgDVB, ALT-DVB etc.

The Skystar USB box has only USB1.1, correct?
Would be too slow for HDTV.

*edit*
It has.
