SUPER DISH/HDTV questions and maybe answers!

Hey everyone that has a Dish system. I noticed lately some of the scroll(CNBC,FOX, ETC) on some channels at the bottom of the picture was slipping down out of view. This even started before I upgraded to the new Superdish this week. I had the Tech come out and adjust the picture, but now I am wondering if this is a Dish issue.
Also I was watching Bedazzled last night, and during the commercials the screen would go blank on an intermittent basis.
