Sky star 2 and HD Ch.

Greetings every one ,
is it possible to use SS2 to receive HD-1 on W3A satellite @7E.?
Which software to use please?
Is there HD channels on HB satellites??free to Air.

You can, but I prefer 23.5 degrees east.
Better signal, stronger signal, no other problems with.

Skystar2 can receive that channel easily. Use progs like ProgDVB, DVBViewer or MyTheatre. You also need some special synths.
BUT not anymore when they have changed to mpeg4!!!
