HD-DVR Cable Box Question - Club CDFreaks

Should the cable box be set at 720 or 1080? I heard that it could be set at 720 and then let your TV up-convert it to 1080. Not sure though...

If your monitor displays 1080, by all means set the box at 1080. If the monitor displays 720, do that. It makes no sense to output 720 from a device that's capable of 1080.
