HD jargon question

As silly as this question may seem when someone speaks of a HD projector in conversation does it particularly mean one of these: http://www.projectorpeople.com/proje...FR_jOAodcjdMkg or is this another way of referencing a HDTV? I have wondered this since I've seen a lot of banter at another board I post at claiming you must have a quality HD projector to properly experience HD, in so many words, just was wondering if I was confusing terminology.

Thanks, but I've read that much beforehand doing homework for buying my HDTV, I am just confused about whether the term 'projector' is solely a reference to a HD Projection system (as linked) or if this was just another way of referencing LCD or Plasma set, thats all...

Yes you're correct.

In a nutshell, there are many forms of "HDTV": currently Plasma TV, LCD TV, DLP HDTV, and Projectors. Some people prefer projector as it is cheaper solution getting 100 inch screen view compared to regular Plasma or LCD.
