SO does this handle all the copy protection removal as well? Looks interesting, I'll give it a shot when I get home. it's not gonna install all sorts of weird boot time apps is it?

No there is no spy nor adware in the program. To be honest it'll copy all movies except Deja Vu, but there is another update in the making for that title.

it's not spyware or adware that I'm bothered about, i just don't like programs that like to fire themselves up when windows starts. AnyDVD is pretty much the only non-windows file that starts when XP boots.

Oh sorry about the mix up. No this program only runs when you double click the Icon to run it.

Deja Vu is not that tough. All you have to do is pick the right Title, which is not the longest. So, why a problem for the program?
Also, are you sure that it can it rip the new protection found on some of the German movies? Thanks.

Well if I was in Germany and tried those DVD's I could answer, I have yet to have any German users say there is a problem, They did go national so there is a German, Italian, Koren, Chinese, Japanese, and Koren language pack for those from that ethnic region. To be honest for now give it a try and see.

I have no ideal I have 2 mods that spent 3 days trying custom mode movie only ect... and couldn't get a working copy. Plus they own and tried to use anydvd as well so who knows. I personally didn't try this title as for the other 2 mods I have were on it. It would be nice to see and here some other region users and hear if they are getting playable backups with this software, but this software is only a little over a year old so it's not to well know as of yet. Are you in Germany?

With DVD neXt COPY, I may be wrong, but I can't see any ability to split a DVD9 onto two SL backup media.

For those of you who remember the early days of backing up, the original (before Express or Platinum ) 321 Studios DVD-X-Copy (final version 1.5.2) did this beautifully. ...and even gave you a nice "Please Insert Disk 2" message at the end of Disk 1.

Can we please keep on the subject here? This thread is for those that do have DVD neXt COPY and need help, there is a few members here that do own it. I understand freedom of speech, but I don't go in other threads and start saying use this or that when a user bought the program they are having trouble with.

It has to do with this R1 DVD being an interleaved multi-story title. That's for the author to look into for doing movie only.
