Try tsremux version 0.0.18, and be sure to de-select "asynch I/O"

Re: Which program can I use to demux/remux an M2TS file?

you have to install .net framework. tsremux uses either 1.1 or 2.0. just install all 3 to be sure: 1.1, 2.0 and 3.0

Re: Which program can I use to demux/remux an M2TS file?

while we are on this subject, how can you demux M2TS/TS files?

tsremux can only remux them but how to demux and later mutlplex them back?

I have this TS file that for some reason Nero Vision things that the file is 4 hours long, but in fact its only 1:40 minutes.

Would like to try re-encode AC3 with EAC3to, but first i need to demux it

what u need to demux M2TS files is Elecard XMuxer Pro but for some reason when I used this program to remux or mux an h264 file and an AC3 file the running time of the muxed file would be different from the original file.

Download Elecard XMuxer Pro v2.5.71213 (5.10 MB)

haven't try it but you can use XMuxer or Manzanita to remux them.
Also in addition to EVODemux, eac3to can demux video and audio streams.
