Re: Nero Vision 5 not recommended

adobe encore is one horrible program.

there is simply no way to get this stupid thing to sync audio properly. It won't accept mpeg2 transport stream files. it will accept mpeg program stream but only find video, won't notice audio.

recomended is to use seperate video and audio stream, both files where excact lenght and perfectly matching on the time frame, but when played audio always was about 5-10 minutes ahead.

what I find strange is that the duration of the clip is still correct even though the audio is out of sync cuz usually the duration of the clip is also different from the source

it does (the program) suck cuz u waited over 2 days for it to complete and the results weren't good!

Re: Nero Vision 5 not recommended

I've been farting around with creating MPG4 and AVC files from HD content in NeroVision. It seems to work pretty well. You simply use the "Make Movie" and "Export" functions and you have a lot more quality and bitrate options. Might be the best approach for HTPC users who want to archive HD content on a hard drive for viewing. Opens a lot more options for media players.

Re: Nero Vision 5 not recommended

I'm trying NeroVision again. Its weird that export movie supports progressive, but if you run Nero BD profile, it only does progressive.
