DVD Identifiers author is currently Missing In Action.

[BD-R-SL:SONY-RBA-001] Most likely this is SN1. But maybe the LG guys mistyped it. RBA is used by TDK only as far as I know.
BD-RE-DL:MEI-T01-000 ? Is that a correct revision I've only seen BD-RE-DL:MEI-T01-001

The rest looks fine to me.

The official drive spec says DL are written at 4x maximum speed

. Either they had no time to tune DL writing or the PUH does not allow higher speeds.

have you tried ripping any of the HD-DVD or BD movies yet?

I noticed something weird, I get better quality playback using WMP11 with build in FFDSHOW codec then playing the movies from original disc with PowerDVD Ultra.

i will try the new FW, well nero should make an option to deactivate BD-RE scan when writing to BD-RE,because it takes 100 min to write.

100 mins sounds like 1x write speed as a result of write verification.

Nero have the BD Defect Management that you can disable, so it will not do any verification while burning to BD media.

In Nero Burning ROM pull down menu: Recorder > Choose Recorder.

Uncheck "BD defect management (for blank discs only)" and you will get full write speed.
