Shame about bitsetting.
But I guess if you fork out for this, DL isn't going to be a problem.
Interesting choice for the TRT's.

Bitsetting to DVD-ROM on DoubleLayer is clear?!? I think so.

Sounds good, however what about those that do not have a HDCP compliant monitor, is there a solution? (besides buying one that is)

HDCP compliance must also be supported by the graphics card as well as the monitor and is implemented via the DVI connector only.

If your graphics card and monitor also has a standard VGA connector, you can still play the Blu-ray movies, all be it at standard resolution by connecting via the VGA connector.
