Audio/Video sync problem increases through the program with TsRemux - Club CDFreaks

I tried to convert ts file to m2ts file (45mins long) with TsRemux v0.0.19. The file was converted okay but the audio sync gap increases through the program. I did try to check & uncheck "Bypass Audio Alightment" but no change with the results. Anybody know why?

Is the source unencrypted?
Maybe you could try with projectX.
