ImToo Video Conversion and Burning Software Forum Discuss, Zoom setting at Video Edit Software forum; Silly question but...but can anyone explain what the Zoom settings on ImTOO DVD Ripper Platinum are? There are no full instruction guides anywhere. I have tons of more questions just for the "Settings" section. What do these mean? Medium Pan & Scan Full (keep ratio aspect)

Re: Zoom setting

Zoom: select different options you can get different aspect of the video.
Letter box: add black stripes to fit the output aspect ratio
Pan and scan: crop frame to fit the output aspect ratio.
Medium: synthesize ‘letter box’ and ‘Pan and scan’ to fit the output ratio.
Full: stretch and compress frame to fit the output aspect ratio.
