| red x in imtoo youtube to ipod converter Hi i just purchased the imtoo youtube to ipod converter and everytime i try to download i just get a red x on the left hand side and it doesn't work. i've tried taking off the firefall but this still happens any suggestions????? thanks |

Please copy down the URL of the Youtube video and send it to our support group--- support@imtoo.com, indicating what exactly is happening. They will give you more detailed solution in one work day. |
