ImTOO platinum ripping problem - Club CDFreaks

Hi,
I'm using ImTOO to rip a DVD and I can't seem to get it to rip into 1 file. It works fine when I select all the chapters and rips them to individual files. However, when I select just the title above all the chapters it only rips the first chapter and then stops. I made sure the Split is set to infinity. Any reason why this would be doing this? I reaaly wish I could help here, I only have a few IMToo programs and that is not one of them, try selecting a soecific amount instead of infinity.

I am sorry for delay!

I suggest that you'd better uninstall this product and re-download it, the latest version will solve your problem.
