I just tested the latest version of ImTOO computer transfer on a Vista 32bits OS.

The Ipod Touch was detected and all the songs and videos displayed correctly in the list.

I could transfer videos and songs without apparent trouble.

But.

When I searched for songs and videos on the Ipod, it said "no songs" and "no videos". Everything was erased.

That wasn't the worse.

Once back to Itunes, the Touch wasn't even recognized. Itunes suggested that I "make a hard reset" of the Ipod. Which I tried: the hard reset couldn't even be performed correctely (Itunes displayed: unkown error -18).

Eventually, I made a "soft reset" of the Touch and it was recognized again by Itunes.

Since then, I have been unable to transfer anything to the Ipod, Itunes freezed all the time.

After several hard resets, reinstall of Itunes and the whole library, both the Touch and Itunes seem to cooperate peacefully again.

I'm not going to try ImToo Computer transfer any time soon..

Has anyone experienced such issue?

No all I have tried was transferring songs from my Ipod to my Computer and it seems to do that well. Yes, the songs are deleted from my IPOD but I think there is a setting for that.

I am so sorry to hear that, but we haven't barged up against this problem when we test this software, please uninstall than re-download it to have a try, if it still have this problem I think imtoo will modify it as soon as possible.
