'Fail' on .m4v files

Hello,

I just started using the MPEG Encoder and I am trying to convert my itunes tv shows (.m4v files) to mp4 files or even 3gp so I can watch them on my phone.

However, no matter what setting I put the output to, I always get a 'fail' message with no details at all..

Please help
Here is the file info that shows up:

File Name:
Adrift.m4v

Summary:
Duration: 00:42:45
Bit rate: 567kbps
Video:
Format: drmi
Size: 320x240
Frame rate: 25.00fps
Audio:
Format: 0x736d7264
Bit rate: 0kbps
Sample rate: 44100Hz
Channels: Stereo

Re: 'Fail' on .m4v files

I've yet to use Super on a .m4v file, but I'd give it a try...It does pretty much everything else....I'm going to try it myself when I get a chance..good luck!..
