Best Software to Convert DivX to DVD? - Club CDFreaks

Can anyone tell me the best software to use to convert a DivX video back to DVD? I have DVDSanta, but when it's converted to DVD it skips. Is there a better program for this or is there something I need to set in DVDSanta to keep it from doing this? I have version 4.5.
