Help,please - Club CDFreaks

I have a pgm from a torrent(mapsource topo u.s) and i have no idea how to extract using magicdisc iso, i've gone to the website but it's confusing the way they tell you to do it, if any one can explain in simple english, that would be great. Thanks a million.

Magicdisc appears to be a windows program. Since this is the BSD/Linux section, I wouldn't expect much help.
