Help, HDD Stiction Problem - Club CDFreaks

Can anyone please help? Hy IBM 20.3GB drive has suffered stiction (I think it means the heads are stuck in). Has anyone else had this happen? Can it be resolved? I have a lot of data on this drive.

Warranty replacement - drive is stuffed, you won't be able to do anything with it.
