Computer sometimes doesnt recongize my hard drive! - Club CDFreaks

When i turn on my computer, somethimes I would hear a beap beap sound coming form around my hd. I unplcg it, turn the computer on again and it kntice my slave hard drive. After i reconnected my maxtor 4D040h2, it had that beap beap sound again ad it wont recongize any of my hard drives. After a few trys did it recongize both of them. Is there something i can do to prevent this from happening again?

Sound like an impending HD failure or a bad PS. You may want to think about replacing your power supply and see if that helps.
