| AIUTO Aggiornamento NEC 7173 Salve ragazzi,ho un problema nell'aggiornare il mio NEC,siccome è uscita una nuova versione del firmware IO-DATA volevo provare ad aggiornarlo ma mi da sempre errore.Mi da errore con qualsiasi firmware provo ad aggiornarlo......Ho anche postato nella sezione internazionale http://club.cdfreaks.com/showthread....10#post1742410 .Qualcuno sa aiutarmi?  GRAZIE

| Re: AIUTO Aggiornamento NEC 7173 Secondo le NEC FAQ, per la precisione in questa domanda, pare che nei drive NEC/Optiarc il firmware vada aggiornato in modalità sicura, e non in modalità normale, proprio per evitare questi errori.

| Re: AIUTO Aggiornamento NEC 7173 Ho risolto togliendo il NEC dal controller Silicon 0680 mettendolo sull'ICH7,riguardo la "modalità sicura" si intende "modalità provvisoria"? GRAZIE

| Re: AIUTO Aggiornamento NEC 7173 Si, intenvedo proprio la "modalità provvisoria". Scusa, ogni tanto faccio confusione tra il termine inglese e quello italiano  Comunque buono a sapersi: solo sul canale IDE è possibile aggiornare il firmware, e non sul controller
