Can't play downloaded napster files/muvaudio

Appreciate any help from this forum. Tried to play downloaded files from Napster in windows media player 10 and keep getting this mesage: The Digital Rights Management component is not installed properly. Reinstall the Player. I reinstalled the player 3x but still same message.

I think this is a prob with napster. I can play files while logged into napster, but can't play downloaded files at all. so this program is useless to me. contacted napster about drm reset, but no reply and says they're backlogged or something. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

i've got a copy of muvaudio and would like to convert these wma files so i can remove the drm from it, but muvaudio uses windows media player to do this and wmp won't play my downloaded napster files. HELP!!!
