IP4300 Tray F Dimensions - Club CDFreaks

I'm looking to find the dimensions on the 'F' tray for cd printing. I know, I can get them on ebay and maybe amazon, but I would like to build it myself.
If anyone is willing I would appreciate it. I would need...

the overall dimensions of the board
the measurements from top and side for the disc cavity (widest part)
the size of the two reflectors at the top and their distance from top and side
the distance from the top of board of the triangle markers for inserting disc

Your help would be appreciated. I'm also sure many others would like this info as it just isn't out there anywhere that I have been able to find.
