Help with installing CD-Label Print-again!

Hi all: My hard drive recently went belly-up & am trying to reinstall CD-Label print. Every time I try to install, the files get half way loaded and I get the message C:\Program files\CD-Label Print\Manual\html\04-26 select_back.htm that pops up and want let me get any further with the installation. Sometimes I get another similar message but the results are the same-no installation. I've got a lot of templets saved up for Label print and unless I get the program to install, I'm dead in the water. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance

Re: Help with installing CD-Label Print-again!

Sounds like you have a partially completed install routine. If the software shows up in Add-Remove Programs, uninstall it. Also try downloading the latest version from Canon-UK.

Clear ALL temp files and related Canon files, and if you feel comfortable doing so, search the registry and remove relevant Canon entries.

You may have something running that's interfering, and since it's an html file that's showing in the error message, consider stopping ALL internet programs during the install. Maybe try installing in safe mode. Could be something as stupid as I.E.-7 and it's security settings, it's been known to hose a variety of softwares..
