| Does Lightscribe work on printable media? I am getting a LG Lightscribe external DVD burner and I have some printable blank media. What I want to know is would it be possible to burn Lightscribe text and graphics on a blank printable disc. Or will this media have to be Lightscribe only? |

LightScribe is a technology that uses a special disc drive(LS burner), special media(LS blank media), and label-making software to burn labels directly onto CDs and DVDs. It can't work unless use LS media,Because the labels are laser-etched--not printed--there's no ink, no smudging, and no peeling.  >>WHAT LIGHTSCRIBE IS For your reference.
