| Cannot label the HP Lightscribe disk!!! I just purchased a new external HP DVD840E Writer-Lightscribe Drive. The drive installs OK. I am running Windows XP pro. I burn a copy of CD to a HP Lightscribe disk. However I cannot label the HP Lightscribe disk using the Lightscribe software. What am I doing wrong? How do I fix this problem?
