Unfortunately when I first did a check on the prices the cheapest I found was some £300+. Recently I’ve found the Epsom R200, R300 and Canon i865, which at around £100 are bargains but considering my old Lexmark only cost £25 I was wondering if there were any cheaper printers or others that I should be considering.

Furthermore how expensive are they to run. The Lexmark may have been cheap but the cartridges were and still are, very expensive at around £18. Anyone know how many CD/DVDs I can expect to print and do these printers (like the ones mentioned) also work with normal paper?
