for some reasons I need to know if there is a possible way to change flash memory bios serial no, is it possible to use hex edit for this if so how ?

What are you trying to accomplish that makes you think you need to change the flash memory serial number?

I doing some research on using flash memory serial number for software protection, and I want to know if a hex editor or any other way is capable of alter this serial

I hope not, otherwise fakes could "overrun" all markets.
