DVDFab / DVD Region+CSS Free Discuss, Uops protection at Copy Movie forum; Hi all , I have backup a movie to my harddrive (movie only) with DVD fab platinum and the Uops protection is still there when i scan it with FreeDVD I thought that DVDfab platinum should removed it in first place (see info) Okay you can removed it with FreeDVD , but

Uops protection

Hi all ,

I have backup a movie to my harddrive (movie only) with DVD fab platinum
and the Uops protection is still there when i scan it with FreeDVD
I thought that DVDfab platinum should removed it in first place (see info)
Okay you can removed it with FreeDVD , but what about Clone 1:1
That protection will still there in the .iso and you can't remove it with FreeDVD

Structure protection (ARccOS, RipGuard, etc.) is not found.
Fake vts protection is not found!
Bad sector protection is not found!
Invalid PGCs protection is not found.
Invalid CELLs protection is not found.
Invalid VOBUs protection is not found.

PathPlayer is disabled.

even though freedvd reports that the uops are still there have you played the file and tried to fast forward through the uop areas of the film? also have you burned to dvd and tried on a standalone player? cant really give you much here except to just try it and tell us the results. i do know that the backups i have of full disc or customize with menus i can skip the non movie areas.
