UDF file sustem?

Help!!! I was trying to do a full format on one of my rewritables and after 2+ hours, I stopped the formatting using the taks mananger...I did a restart on my computer and now there is a problem with my dvd drive...It does not recognise any dvd that I put into it, will not play the dvd on windows media player and when I right click on the drive-with a movie in it, it shows that the disk is empty 4.16Gb free space and the file system is listed as UDF? When I click on the drive, the dvd fab program opens up. What can I do to right things?Help!!!

Re: UDF file sustem?

Open Device Manager and uninstall the dvd driver (properties > Driver > uninstall).

Close Device Manager and reboot.

Solid advice from Tattenbach! I would also UNcheck the box in Common Settings-->Write that offers to "Overwrite rewriteable media automatically".
