| subtitles on second disc of split mode. i recently backed up Zodiac in split as i didnt want any compression. the first disc played fine. the second disc however showed subtitles, not full subtitles. but when they changes scenes there was date and location information displayed and this information was then translated into a foreign laguage and also displayed. thought i remembered where this problem has been addressed but didnt find it in the release notes of the DVDFab Platinum History. i also searched the forum and did find a post by HDFATBOYDOC. Havent tried this as of yet, i dont do split very often. however there maybe others whom do like to use the split feature. http://club.cdfreaks.com/showthread....subtitle+split Quote:

Hi troy512, You might try this, It's become a habit for me and may work for you...In split mode I always put a check mark in the Disc 2 box where it says "Jump to split title when disc inserted". It stopped the subtitles and is nice because it starts the chapter quicker.
