Re: rush hour 3

Hello darkman and welcome to the forum. I haven't gotten the movie yet, but could you provide more info on what's happening ? What mode are you tring to rip the movie in ? What kind of error is it giving you ? Can you post a burn log of the rip also ? That would be very helpful in figuring this out ok. ~ Mike

Re: rush hour 3

alot of stores are selling the new releases early because the normal new release date (tuesdays) happens to fall on christmas day this year. I know my local hollywood video is renting rush hour 3 as well as the other new releases as of today.

Re: rush hour 3

Everyone around here released it today. I backed it up fine after I figure out how to do it. With pathplayer disabled it loaded but all that showed up were the extras, no movie. Enabled pathplayer and bingo 4 views of the movie showed up. Used No l on Main Movie and it worked fine.

Re: rush hour 3

I wish someone would say what kind of problems they are having with the burn. We can't try and fix it if we don't know what it's doing ! Thanks ~ Mike

hold down the shift key while you are inserting the DVd into the drive & continue to hold it down for a few more seconds afterwards. #that will block the autorun of interactual. Then you can manually launch dvdfab & try again.

Re: rush hour 3

I just backed up Rush Hour 3 with no problems, using DVD Fab 4.0.1.6, full disc, region 1, default settings, pathplayer enabled when necessary, and it has full, and wide screen. Watching it now, and its playing fine.

Re: rush hour 3

GUY'S
When you tried to back it up did it crash only in full disc or movie mode also. If it did it's some new protection scheme. I will try it to
and see if it give's me the same problem just backing up the movie
it self using my sima.
Thanks for the info ZAP.

Re: rush hour 3

GUY'S,
I tried using my sima go dvd on my copy of rush hour three and it
works. Just connecting it between the two macines dvd recorders
I found I could record both the full screen and wide screens with no
problem. So it must be some new dummy sectors their using to fool
the dvdfab software. However I am confident that FENGTAO will over
come it.
Good Luck ZAP.

Re: rush hour 3

I got this working by installing DVD Region+CSS Free and then I ran DVD Fab Platinum 4.0.1.6. Worked like a charm.

Re: rush hour 3

Hey guys. I am also having a problem backing up Rush Hour 3. I have tried 2 different copies. I tried DVDFab versions 4.0.1.2, 4.0.1.6, and 4.0.2.0. No luck.

When I have pathplayer enabled the movie begins loading then crashes the program. This is what I get.

When I disable pathplayer the movie will load up, but I don't have the actual movie when I click on main movie.

I have tried all of your suggestions so far. Does anyone have a way around this that works for everyone yet?

Thanks in advance.
