Registering DVD Fab 4 problems - Club CDFreaks

Last night I tried using DVD Fab and a prompt came up about needing the registry key. I clicked the button to get a new one, but I haven't got an email back with the new key.

When did you originally buy this program and whom did you buy it from? These questions might seem a bit invasive but I am trying to help you. Was your reg key for V4 or Version 2? Your place of purchase is very important if I am going to help you.

I appreciate the help Alan so it's no problem for me to provide the info. I purchased DVD Fab Platinum 3 via dvdfab.com on April 3rd 2007 The reg key I have is for version 3 (Platinum) so I thought I would just be emailed the reg key for the upgrade.

If there's any other info you need let me know. Thanks again!

Hi seansea,

DVDFab V3 and V4 use same key, so you don't need to get a new key.
