1. I created a profile, loaded it in, and now I deleted the XML and it's still lingering... how do I remove it?

2. Get additional icons for profiles I create?

If you created the profile as a standalone device, you can delete the icon for it using Customize UI. If you mean getting additional icons other than the ones that come with DVDFab, I have no idea. You can change the icons that display in the navigation pane for any device again by using Customize UI.
