Question on ISO Files - Club CDFreaks

Hi All,

Just curious. If DVD Fab HdDecrypter is used to create an ISO file, will it be different then using DVD Fab Platinum clone mode to create the ISO file? I was thinking about this last night.

DvdFab HD Decrypter doesn't make iso files. It only rips.

Yes...........you are correct.........it rips, but you can rip to ISO file.

I think the one you make with HDDecrypter will be like a Full Disc Platinum rip to ISO, not a Clone. Not sure--I haven't used the free version for more than brief tests in over a year.

Hi Signals,

I used the clone mode to create ISO in order to preserve layer break. Started thinking if Fab Decrypter did the same thing with layer break option checked or unchecked. Just curious
