Hi maccrow and welcome to cdfreaks,

Bummer...sorry for your trouble.
If you could post back with some specifics about your system, it'll help a great deal.
OS? (?XP),
SATA or PATA hdds?,
Is the slow down of your system hdd just when booting? ripping? all the time?, etc., etc.

It could be that your OS (?XP) has dropped your transfer rate. You need to check the DMA status of your primary hdd.
How much room do you have?
Recommend you defragment this drive.

As far as the slave hdd...
power off, physically unplug the drive, power up and then down again, now replug the drive and boot.
How about now? does windows see your drive?

Re: Problem with DVDFab Decrypter 3.0.8.6 dont recognize my Hard disk

Hi Maineman, thanks again for your reply and your welcome.

My OS is WinXP SP2 with 1 gb mem. My system slowdown when I boot, i dont try rip nothing cause the slowdown.

The HD is a seaget 160gb PATA and I can see him in My Computer. I tried via BIOS remove and add again and he is there.

Same happened when I boot in safe mode.I could access the HD and the files but when I use normal boot, there s a error

I did a chkdsk and SMART and the HD is ok in both tests.

tks again MaineMan..
